"went to Walmart to do money transfer. I used the Walmart to Walmart option. But I noticed it charges me a different rate each time I use it. I asked Cierra why? She stated that as a Walmart employee they are only told it starts at $4.00. She further explained and showed me on the receipt the company that is the service company for the Walmart to Walmart option. Cierra was very professional and courteous throughout the whole transaction. I will be using the Rayville Walmart for all my future money transactions. Also I will be contacting the servicing company and will update this post when I have a response."
