"My family has been going here for many years for our home improvement products. The interior is really neat (there's a full sized two story model house exterior and several friendly kitties, plus a popcorn machine that gives you free popcorn). They have just about anything you could ever need and are very helpful and informed in all kinds of home repair information. If you buy wood or large items they'll load them for you. They're a bit expensive, but not too bad."

"For the community it serves, it carries a wide variety of products, the kind you would find in one of the chain stores in a bigger city. Though I did not see riding mowers or barbecue grills, they have building materials (like electrical, plumbing, roofing, siding...doors, windows, flooring...maybe even garden supplies). They also have a large lumber yard with competitive prices. If you need help, go to the front desk or flag someone down...they are quick to help."

"Stopped by this place to get a bathroom door. I walked in and not a soul asked if I needed any help, so I walked up to the counter where they were all laughing and talking. I waited for them to acknowledge me and said I needed a bathroom door. The guy behind the counter asked “well, what size bathroom?” I stared at him for a second as the entire counter laughed at his joke. Another guy behind the counter said “it doesn’t make any difference.” The original guy replied “well this guy comes in here and hasn’t even told me what size, so I thought he might know the size of the bathroom.” I replied “I can get a door anywhere guys,” and walked away. I’ve grown up in Tippah County and there is always someone harping on “shop local.” THIS is why people don’t shop local, poor customer service, rude people, and wasting of customers time. I’ll drive 50 miles to get what I need before I spend one dime in Grisham’s Lumber."

"I work here as a delivery driver. The guys in the back that handle customers that need to be loaded are respectful. They do their job as quickly as they can. Some days are hectic with customers and trucks to be loaded and trucks to be unloaded. We strive for customer satisfaction. Some days you may come in and hear laughter and carrying on but that is just the guys in front. They'll get your needs taken care of and try to make sure we have helped you folks out with what they can. If you need a lumber, plumbing supplies, electrical, hardware, paint, and etc . , then come on by and visit. Tell them Jason sent you."
