"They are slow or just don't care how long they have you sitting in the waiting area for them to assist you. We went here for auto insurance. Sat almost 30 minutes before sitting in front of someone. It's funny how people have small talk or are friendly with some people but them people skills disappear to others. 'Meek' is a ladylike name, I'll say about the one who assisted us, ok. Beforehand, she had all smiles, laughter, and talk. But, ok, whatever. I'm here for insurance, not to make new friends anyway. Basic insurance is all we needed and got. It was just her way of asking the questions, then questioning me about my replies. So many times, I had to bite my tongue. I guess if you can handle a dry atmosphere, meek personalities with some rude customer service, then you may find a company you can do business with."

"Went to renew my insurance today and was told several different down payments and monthly payments and then I was charged a late fee when the employees left early the day before the holiday when the website hours state they would be open the day before the holiday for a full day but thankfully they waived the late fee out of kindness but it was stated that it would be their last time doing it. Then after my renewal my insurance went up by $21 more dollars. The amount of my insurance and down payments where all over the place but yet still I decided to stay with USA because they are by far the cheapest insurance I could find but as far as the website payments and the payments they actually give you in person is totally different so beware of the constant fluctuating prices. Something seems wrong here. Then when I was on the phone talking to my son the made my phone cut out by using device to cancel your phone calls so your not able to receive or make calls while your inside their building. Every time my son would call my phone would not allow me to answer so whatever device USA insurance was using it caused my phone to disconnect the answer button so that I couldn't answer my phone call. Is that illegal ??? SHAME ON THEM FOR THEM TO HAVE TO DO THAT EVEN THOUGH I FINISHED CONDUCTING MY BUSINESS WITH THEM AND I WAS GRETTING READY TO LEAVE OUT THE STORE. SOMEONE NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS."

"Online shopping ahead of time showed me USA's competitive prices and this office's excellent reputation.. Needing a liability policy for a "new" used car, I slid into their office 30 minutes before closing time Friday afternoon. The whole crew was admirably efficient handling my business along with several other customers. Christina was personable and professional in guiding me through all the paperwork for a solid policy at a very good price. Thank you, Christina, and thank you all."
