"Allstate paid Servpro thousands of dollars to remove debris, clean, and dry a house that was still leaking with a patched roof by professionals - recently damaged. The homeowners waited 3 weeks on an adjuster. An adjuster that did not know the difference between 8 ft and 9 ft ceilings, vinyl or wood flooring, and the list goes on!!!!! Now the home is leaking again because of a patched roof by professionals and it is saturated again*>*&%!!!
