"Service is horrible. I had a 9 A.M. appointment today for a check engine light. I told them I would wait. With a straight face, David said it would be 2 weeks before someone could look at it, and we don't have loaners. He looked at me like I was crazy for thinking I could wait with my 9 am. appointment. I left and will never use this place for service again. BTW, we purchased the car from them with a service warranty. I'm not sure what's going on with service. Stay away."

"Outstanding Car Buying process. I found a 2019 MB C300 Convertible online at Mercedes Benz Of Covington and submitted an Online inquiry requesting more information. I was contacted by Payton Thornton and from the very beginning I was impressed with Payton's politeness and professionalism. After making the decision to purchase the vehicle Payton walked me through the entire process knowing that I would be traveling from Charlotte, NC to purchase the vehicle.
