"I will admit that I was skeptical about grass fed beef as each time I've had it before, it was wild or "green" tasting. However, after eating Three Twelve beef several times, I'm a believer in them! It is fantastic! Never gamey or wild, just delicious. No special prep needed! Another thing I was pleasantly surprised about was that the roast didn’t shrink up and disappear in size. I bought a pound and a half roast and thought it looked too small to feed my crew of 4 big boys/men and myself. It did and we had leftovers! Grocery beef has so much added liquid that makes it look bigger and weigh more but it cooks out of it. What you see is what you get with Three Twelve. It's great tasting, healthier, AND affordable when you realize how much water and fat you pay for at the store and lose."
