"I won’t shop from this company again, as I still don’t understand how it cost me $26.50 to evenly exchange 4 pairs of jeans. Computer systems not being updated should not fall on me. When did an even exchange for an item ever cost anyone?"

"The manager at this location is terrible. I was waiting to try on clothes and needed a room opened. I stood near the cashier because when I looked around no one was looking like they worked there and no one asked me what I needed. So then someone came out and I said to the cashier someone was coming out would it be ok if I went inside. She didn’t answer so i went to walk in the room and a lady comes sprinting off the floor saying “I NEED TO COUNT THOSE!” I said ok cool. Where were you when I needed someone an open a room. No repose. Also, when trying to exchange something I was told I had worn them. I asked how they could be worn when they didn’t fit. I wasn’t asking for a refund I merely wanted the same shorts in the next size up. I guess I’ll iron the shorts and take them back again. She said I could buy them again lol. I don’t need two of the same $20 shorts; one of which don’t even fit. Tf."

"Awesome staff. I can not remember her name but she literally helped my daughter go through 8 sizes to find her size. She checked on her In the dressing room and picked out more items. We can never find school uniform that fit but this is now our new spot. Of she reads this she will definitely know who we are. Thank you for all your help and Friendly service."
