"Why can't Olive Branch get a computer system like North Central to pay my bill. I have to get in my car and drive to pay my bill unless I want to pay extra to get my bill paid. North Central system is so nice and easy and I don't have to leave my house. I am not paying extra money to pay my high bill."
"People were friendly on the phone, but our garbage is not getting picked up during the set time which is Monday mornings. Due to this we got a letter taped to one of the garbage cans from code enforcement because they thought our garbage had been picked up at the set time and we left our cans out too long even though we called city utilities and let them know."
