"It was okay. For a place named after their burgers, their burgers were not their strong suit. The turkey burger was burnt, and the little plain cheeseburger that comes with the $15 Box was overdone and underwhelming, but the loaded fries were very good and so were the boneless wings. Check your order before you leave as they only gave me plain fries, but the $15 Box is supposed to coe with loaded fries."

"Customer service sucked! When I attempted a call In order, I was rudely put on hold, so I had to go to the window to order. The young lady at the window (same from the phone) had an attitude already, and they had only been open an hour. The owner was there, so I guess that’s normal & acceptable. She was only friendly when some people mentioned social media. Wait time was an hour for a hamburger & fries and it was still messed up. She had an attitude when I asked about the status of my order, after someone who came & ordered after me got theirs before me. Hamburger would’ve been good, if the cheese I clearly didn’t ask for wasn’t still put on there. Had to scrape the cheese off. Fries needed salt and the disgusting lemonade was upgraded to a higher priced size without my consent. Paid $17."

"Customer service and the food at this location was terrible . I called for a pick $10 box burger fully dressed , lettuce, tomato the works and the wings to be covered in Buffalo sauce (they did not ask me for the pick up name) the wait was long but understandable since I worked in the food industry , but the customer service was terrible. Come back to work and my burger was plain, as well as the taste and the wings were plain. The only thing I was able to eat were the fries which weren’t a disappointment. Maybe next time will be better?"
