"I ordered Xtra sauce well done thin crust tonight and got almost no sauce but they corrected the mistake and had me another pizza out correctly and very fast. The manager and driver both were very friendly and understanding. Pizza is great and very happy. Thank you for fixing it!"

"Papa John’s is my favorite pizza chain, but damn, this location mostly misses the mark. Almost every order I’ve ever had for on base delivery here was late or had issues being delivered. Choose pick up or go someplace else for delivery."

"I am a customer of your biloxi pass road location. I placed an order around 430pm Sunday evening. The driver arrived 15 min later than the latest time of the tracking app. Which was fine. When he arrived around 545 pm he arrived with out my order. He said someone gave him the incorrect bag. He called his manager Christy. When he was done speaking with his manager, he admitted his honest mistake and apologized. He said our order will be free of charge. He told me that he is going to remake our order and have it delivered asap. It is now 630 pm. I called the store to confirm that our order will still be delivered and that the money was pending from my bank account and I wanted to confirm that i will not be charged. The manager Christy said that she doesn’t know why he said it was free of charge, she said she did not tell him that. She said that I would be charged. She was extremely abrasive and unprofessional. I understand finding help is difficult but your manager Christy needs more training related to customer service. I am upset that she is not honoring what the young man told me. I am also upset that she spoke to me in the manner she did. I understand the young man made an honest mistake and was not upset at all when he said he would make it right. Update: I am sitting here 2 hours past the time of my initial order and the driver finally arrived, with the wrong order again!!!! Christy is an incompetent manager and has zero customer service skills. My husband called to let her know and she did not take any responsibility again. Hopefully my card isn’t charged for this ridiculous fiasco. My family and I are going to drop these three disgusting pizzas off to the homeless to see if they like Alfredo pizza because we do not and did not order it."

"They refused to deliver to Holladay Inn express in Biloxi, they made us outside the building. The pizza and cheese sticks was barely warm and when I called the manager to complain she acted like she didn't care."

"The service was quick here and the pizza was alright. I wish they would have cooked it as ordered. It was supposed to be well done and forgot to check before I left. Also the crust was undercooked in the center."
