"Randall and Gavin were very courteous and knowledgeable. My wife is disabled and immune-compromised...they wore their facemasks at all times when in the house and speaking to her. They explained the issues and what they were doing to resolve them. They had to leave temporarily to get the parts they needed to complete the repairs. Randall returned promptly and finished the job and explained what was repaired. He stayed to ensure the system was up and running properly before he left. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!"

"Just had my Bi-Annual Check up from Gowland's and I really wanted to show my appreciation for our Service Technician Randal. First he showed up early and for me as a retired Navy Sailor that was on point. He was very polite and went straight to work, once he was completed he went over the inspection with me in-depth which was awesome as I am not an HVAC kinda guy.
