"Randall and Gavin were very courteous and knowledgeable. My wife is disabled and immune-compromised...they wore their facemasks at all times when in the house and speaking to her. They explained the issues and what they were doing to resolve them. They had to leave temporarily to get the parts they needed to complete the repairs. Randall returned promptly and finished the job and explained what was repaired. He stayed to ensure the system was up and running properly before he left. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!"
