It is a little pricey, but the clothes last a long time, and they always have a clearance area. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They work with you."

"My time is very important to me so when I arrived at Lane Bryant to return online items that I ordered so when I saw 4 customers ahead of me in line, I panicked. Sure there were 2 salespeople but they were serving 2 of the 4 customers. Although one of the salespeople was with a customer, she recognized that I was returning items and asked whether I wanted to look around for replacement items. I responded that I did not and thought that the question was a ploy to appease me while I waited but, to my surprise, it was not. I may have been in line 5 minutes and that is fabulous. I will definitely return to that particular store because I did not have time to look around today. Thanks for being so conscious of customer time."
