"If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady taking my order was not only rude but absolutely ridiculous and out of line. You chose this line of work don’t be mad at me over providing a quick dinner to my children. I placed a mobile order (I’ve been told this is helpful to the kitchen) and was called as I pulled up that we would have two more kids join us I politely ask to place a new order in addition to my current one. I understand if you can’t edit the current one so I’ll just place a new one and pay for it separately. Was told NO THIS IS A LARGE ORDER AND THERE IS ONLY TWO OF HERE YOU CANT DO THAT. I asked so the person behind me can pull up and order but I can’t place one? Yelling at me NO YOU CANT. Okay I’ll pull around and place a new one once I get this food. NO YOU CANT DO THAT EITHER. Excuse me. What? Do better. This is like the once in a blue moon I go to Taco Bell but I will never come to this location again after being treated like that. My order was one box and a quesadilla with chicken roll up and cinnamon twist. If that’s a big order I would hate to see what she would do if I ordered a party pack. She should be fired."

"I live near this TB and the majority of the time they will NOT take your order. I can understand using the kiosk when they are busy but I am told to use the kiosk when they are slow. The service with this crew sucks."

"By far worse Taco Bell in the world!!! Worked here about a month. Food isn't made the way most people think it's boiled in plastic bags chicken cheese even beef!!! The veggies only thing fresh if you wanna call it that. The general manager is rude and rights people up for no excuses absents when I had a dentist appointment and had some problems with my heath!!! She didn't care. Not worth the time and cleaned everything I could just to be told to clean more. Not very happy how it's ran here. And limited to $10 employees meal can't do that when everything is above $10 for a meal and cannot take it home. No this place also is scammers asking people to wrong up when they are the ones at Taco Bell using it for "fundraiser" called the Taco Bell foundation. Edit: The GM called me about the review to take it down. And blamed me for it. And that I could be SUED for posting this when it’s freedom of speech clearly. I can post this and will keep it here so these people know how it’s ran and the scammers they are. Also quick tip for the GM I can call out anytime I need to don’t need you to know why just simply I can do it."

"Husband and I posted this! Good food came out fresh. Young man Andrew helped me it said on the receipt I believe. Got everything out fast and a smile to make my husband and I day! Will come back. Got the nacho fries cravings box and there new yellow bird nacho fries 10/10!"

"While the food was fine, the store itself is a trash heap. Spilled drinks all over the place, left out food, uncleaned tables, just overall disgusting. Employees didnt even seem to notice. Total OSHA nightmare. Makes you wonder what it looks like behind the counter."
