"Super hot in the store when we visited. Even an employee made note. Though that same lady, an older lady, with blonde hair was super pushy on her sales and a bit condescending."
"The sales associates were very rude and unwelcoming. The associates at the jewelry counter figured we were just trying to check out and told us go to the checkout at the front of the store, they were there to help customers with jewelry needs without even asking if we were needing anything. Needless to say, we went to Belk and Kay's and got all of our jewelry needs!"
"First time I’ve been here since COVID. Last visit the store looked pitiful but this visit was much better. Everything was pretty much back to normal with good inventory, good selection. Not many good sales though, and the only coupons available were so restrictive they weren’t any help. Not all checkouts were open a couple days before Christmas, that was disappointing. Had to hustle around the store to find a checkout that wasn’t backed up to Timbucktoo."
