"One star is only because clothes are cute. But I can not stand not being able to try on clothes before I buy them. I mentally can not convince myself to physically buy clothes without trying them on. There is literally no reason to not have the dressing rooms open after 3 years. Come on. I use to buy clothes from Rainbow. Then I moved to MD. I missed being able to shop there. I moved back and I still can't shop there because they have not opened their dressing rooms. This goes for both the Biloxi and Gulfport locations. If a small store like torrid and larger stores like Belk and old navy can open their dressing rooms then so can Rainbow. I miss the store. Open the dressing rooms please. I literally have a phobia to buying clothes I can't try on. Yeah didn't know that was a thing till covid caused dressing rooms to be closed. It is anxiety inducing to the extreme for me. Update: people who responded to my review did t even read my post fully. I literally stated I can't bring myself to buy clothes I can't try on. Your return policy means nothing to me."

"I love Rainbow. I wish there was one in my area. You get clothes that are trendy but don't break the wallet. Some Rainbows have kids clothes also. My granddaughter found a great place to buy school clothes that make her dollars stretch. Styles are varied but there is always something to like"

"I wandered in this store for maybe 20 minutes and the “busy” associates didn’t acknowledge me not once but they made sure to stare. The clothes are more dated than most Rainbow stores that I’ve been in recently. It’s located a few feet away from Books-A-Million! It’s reasonably priced of course but customer service could use some work."
