"I’m really disappointed! I went in looking for a wand and was given advice on which were their strongest options. They only had one left on the shelf of the one I ended up purchasing after the employee gave me some pointers on its functions and power. I got home, charged it and it doesn’t work at ALL. Their no refund or exchange policy is so messed up when they’re selling products that don’t work. I should have known if it was the last one/only one on the shelf that was probably a red flag. And she told me to do the warranty through the actual business that makes and sells the product, usually if you’re selling something with a warranty included you should uphold that warranty yourself. I am new to the area but I don’t think I will be coming back to this store. The woman was nice, store was clean, no creeps or bad vibes, and the service was great which is why I am giving some stars but I spent nearly $100 for something that doesn’t work straight out of the box. They should at least have some 24-48hr policy to be able to bring back defective items for a replacement of some sort."

"Decent sized selection. Very Overpriced. Sometimes the workers will be nice but a lot of times a few of the girls can be quite rude especially when IDing. There has been a few times though where one of the girls have been nice and have even offer discounts but usually they are rude to me and my girlfriend. Most items you can find much cheaper online may be worth it in dire emergencies where you need something very quickly and are not willing to wait"

"Tried to go in with my husband but got kicked out very rudely because we had a 3 month old baby with us. What are we supposed to do? Leave a baby in the car? She’s 3 months old, she doesn’t know anything. I can understand not letting older kids in, but damn."

"Never will there ever be a classier adult store on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, the staff is professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I never feel uncomfortable or weird there unlike others along the coast. 1000 stars ♥️"
