"Yeah so, I got my apu serviced and a 2 hour job to turned into a 5 hour job and and the bill was rather pricey $$$$ they are over priced considering I talked with another carrier dealer that did a comprehensive service with is 3 hours labor was cheaper than a two hour service here. I guess this is what you do when do when you have a brand new shop. $800 plus dollars is ridiculous."

"We took our reefer to this shop because the reefer was not going to the temperature it supposed to be, the technician said it was in the range it supposed to be when you set the reefer to work in cycle, the owner of the reefer wanted the technician to adjust the belts but they decided to replace them which was OK, but after 4 hours when the owner was in GA the reefer was not working right, the amber light was on and the temperature was going up, we looked for a technician in GA, he found the fan clutch broke, he said the technician in MS might not place right a belt or he didn't realize the fan clutch was dirty. It was weird this happened the same day we took the reefer to MS, We talked to the shop in MS, I sent the bill we paid in GA, it was $ 1,200, after 1 week they said it was not their fault. We are not happy with this answer. They are washing their own hands, they don't want to take responsibility for the job they supposed to be performed right."

"Reefer died on interstate south of meridian, with a frozen load. The company I work for called them and said I was coming. Within 10 min of arriving I was backed into a bay any they were working on it. Got it going in time to save my load. Seem like real decent folk."
