"Terrible Experience with pit stop. Asked them how much it was to change 2 fuel filters that are very easy to get to and they didn't know. I was told I would be told after it was completed. No idea on the cost they said. After 30 minutes of work(give or take a few minutes), they charged me $265 to change filters I already bought and brought to them. I would Highly Recommend not giving these theives your hard earned money. I don't know of any mechanic shop that charges $530 per hour. Even diesel mechanics don't charge that much. Avoid this place in favor of ANY other shop."

"I can NOT thank you guys enough. My truck gave y'all problem after problem with pads, rotors, sensor problems, caliper problems, etc, but you didn't give up. It took a few days and a good but of money, but you get what you pay for. Y'all did amazing and got me back safely on the roads and I really appreciate it. You have a forever customer with me, although after the past few days...you probably don't want it lol"

"Terrible experience by my daughter. She took her car for a regular oil change and when she picked it up, the bill was $71 plus. They took advantage of her and gouged her. Would not work with us and were rude, loud and very unprofessional! Will never return here and advise anyone else not to use them. They said "a woman should know what kind of oil she needs". Very belittling and a perfect example of price gouging a woman! Wonder how many times they have done this to others. Have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this. Total lack of customer service and business professionalism! Would give them a minus 5 rating if I could!!!! No - not end of story!!!!! She told you a regular oil change. Maybe someone needs to listen to the customer."
