"I went in today to get some surprise gifts for my wife. Going to a women's store is always a bit intimidating as I have no idea what to get on my own. However shopping at Hazel Lane is like having your own personal concierge shopper. My son and I had several wardrobes picked out for us within 10 minutes to surprise mom. Absolutely gorgeous store in the most convenient location right in downtown Covington. Congratulations Renee and Heather you have done an amazing job!"

"I want to rate this place 4 or 5 stars but I can't. Please let me explain. Beautiful clothing with an incredible selection. The prices are twice as high as the shop around the corner however the woman who was working acted as my personal shopper. She was more attentive and gave her personal touch to each item I selected. She was there to critique my outfit and suggest another size or color. The reason for the low score is... I was TERRIBLY disappointed when I entered the fitting room, it is a BATHROOM. A little gross and honestly for almost $300 for 2 outfits I want a real fitting room. Please this store is cute. It smells incredible when you walk in the door however I don't want to use a BATHROOM as a fitting room when I am paying $150 per outfit. I purchased the clothing I tried on and truly appreciated the one on one attention I received. She did advise me I could purchase from their online store however I informed her I like to feel, smell, touch, and hold clothes before I buy them. She really is a great communicator. I just wish there was a separate fitting room. Not sure I will return."
