"Found Dan to be very competent. Good at trouble shooting. Did research on the fly. Patient. Excellent follow through. Would highly recommend."
"Brand new unit with an electric macerator toilet. We obtained new control board from manufacturer but was unable to install it ourselves. Contacted Dan and he said that he had never worked with something like that but he would give it a try. Upon arrival, all of us were unable to locate the controller. He contacted the manufacturer and for the next 2 hours, we searched for its location. Finally contacted the production line that installed the toilet and found where the controller was. Once controller was located, the part was changed out and toilet works normally. At any time, Dan could have thrown up his hands and said I can't do this, especially when the manufacturer was unable to help. However, he persevered and solved our problem. That speaks volumes as to the type of individual he is. I would highly recommend him and if we ever need service again, we would be sure to contact him first."
