"Very helpful people what seems like over helpful sometimes. I say that because they stand over you and you dont feel comfortable just browsing around. Sometimes I like to just grownup n down aisles just looking and comparing prices but the store is very neat n clean n they are always busy as they are the only hardware store serving all of Catahoula parish that I know of. My dad did business with these people for 40 yrs. They are hometown people n they usually know who you are by name when you go in."
"Never had an issue until today. I believe it was Shelia (Rude) that put me on hold when I called. I needed prices on pvc. I was on hold for seven minutes when she came back on and just said "Ma'am, hold. Just hold." and clicked off. Even if they had a good price, I wouldn't buy from them now. Customer service is dead."
