"Absolutely some of the best burgers we've had in a long time! They're fresh beef, not frozen patties. The fries were so crunchy and delicious. Our kids enjoyed their chicken strips and fries too! Everyone we encountered was super friendly and welcoming. We look forward to returning."

"This was first time at Sam's place an will be the last. We waited an hour to get our food but had to ask for. I guess they forgot about our table. Was told they were waiting on the 6 shrimp to cook that my wife had order.i wasn't that impressed with the pulled pork fries, they was cold an just a little bit if bbq sauce on the pork. The employees were very nice that's about I can say about Sam's place"

"We waited 20-30 minutes at a table. No one even asked if we had been helped yet, let alone get our drink order. They were busy, don't get me wrong. However, people were coming in after us, and getting almost immediate drink orders. I understand being busy and shorthanded, according to what they posted on Facebook. However, that is still bad customer service."

"Awesome food!! Pulled pork is ridiculous. Real smoked taste on pulled pork and the service is down home hospitality. I'm getting hungry talking about their food."
