"I ate here on my way to the casino and I have to say this was a great find I stopped for a break after driving 3 hours and I went in to see what all they had and I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. I just about to leave when I decided to just eat outside. So when I opened my sandwiches and begin to eat. I have to say that it was very decided my girlfriend also loved hers as well and she sent me back inside to tell the young man behind the counter about our experience when the owner came out of the back and I told him the same. I'm so glad I chose to eat here and I would recommend this place if you happen to be going that way grab yourself something to eat here."

"We had to stop and turn around to try High On The Hog, and I'm so glad we did! We came in about 40 minutes to close, but still were able to order. If you're hungry, get the Big G Special. Pulled pork, 2 ribs, and a slab of bologna. They were all barbecued to perfection! The people who run High On The Hog are super friendly and make everyone feel welcome! I'll be back the next time I'm through this part of Mississippi."

"It's really good barbecue and I didn't get the large but I did get full. I wish the sauce was thicker but it was tasty. The staff was very friendly and they took care of us. I wasn't sure where to park because it's an old gas station. The hours are wed- sat. I don't think they are open past 7 but would have to check again. I'd eat there again. It had a hometown feel."
