"They are ok until you order something that has to be worked on. I have a few things from them. Most of the time it is ok. But I bought a refrigerator that they brought out and the ice maker didn't work. Took them over two months to replace it. I have two portable ac units that they sell. Neither of them come with the parts you need to make them install properly. And when you complain about it you get told go somewhere else. They do not take the time to do things properly."
