"My pregnant wife bought a 2002 Mercury mountaineer on 3/5/21. Here we are 8 days later and the verdict is in. Slipping transmission and leaking crank case. Supposed to be a AWD but the front driveshaft had been removed at some point. Leaking oil. Blown valve cover gaskets. Multiple check engine lights. Drivers window doesn't work. I could keep going. Very disappointed in how the took advantage of my wife. None of these issues were disclosed. Vehicle was sold in "Good condition, runs good no issues. Great vehicle for the family." Would not recommend anyone do business here if they're look for honest people selling semi-reliable vehicles. I have no problem if the issues are disclosed up front but to hide them and take advantage of a pregnant woman who can't climb under a suv to see leaking transmission fluid is completely disgusting."
