"I have an electric vehicle and the charge port on my app said that the EV charge is available for 24 hours; however, when I arrived (at 10% @ 3 am) both entrances were locked and I am currently trying to find a tow truck to tow me to the nearest Charging station….this freaking sucks"

"Would not recommend. Their prices on power sport vehicles may be better than other places but what you get in return is a company that isn’t completely honest and open with their communication. My brand new 420 rancher started smoking before I was able to pay my first note on it and I brought it in saying that if the motor needs to be worked on I just want a new motor because it’s a new bike. They tried saying it would still be new if they worked on the motor but I told them it would be a worked on motor before it was even a month old, it is going to have issues down the road if that’s the case. They then didn’t call me, I had to call them to find out they had already looked at it and didn’t know why it smoked and that it hadn’t done it with them but they said they can service it for me. I agreed and then I called the next day to see if I could pick it up and they tried charging me $204 for an oil change, new oil filter, blowing my air filter out, and checking my dif fluid… I called back stating I was under the impression this was a complimentary service due to the fact I had to bring it up to be looked at not even a month after I got it. I was then told that it was smoking because of the original oil that came with the bike and that it wasn’t an issue with the bike. This was different than what I was originally told which was they didn’t know. I then asked why I’m paying 200 dollars for something that takes 20 minutes and maybe 70 in materials, maybe. They than caught an attitude with me and got short with me and reduced it to 150, which is still ridiculous. I was upset throughout this entire process and was not effectively communicated to or updated on what was going on. I would not recommend going here at all. Find somewhere else and pay extra for better service and communication."

"I purchased a 2013 2500 on February 28 and think the transaction was awesome. On march 3 I had a car pull out in front of me and I had to slam on breaks, when I do so the truck jerked hard to right. As soon as I got home I checked out the front breaks and realized that the rotors had cracks in them. When I called Ramey motors to try to make it right. They told me that it was not their problem. The vehicle was sold as is. After they told me during the deal that the truck had a full inspection. For the price paid for this vehicle I should not need to replace brakes after a week of owning it. I do not recommend Ramey motors. They do not care about customer service or safety. They care about the money."

"I bought an amazing 2018 Mustang GT directly from Ramey Motors. I had them order and install a Whipple Stage 2 supercharger kit before picking up the car. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase from this business. There was a hiccup with Whipple not sending a small piece of the kit, but Ramey Motors called and paid to have the piece shipped overnight. Plus, they did an amazing job mounting my new wheels and tires to help handle some of the horsepower. I couldn't ask for better customer service. I will definitely buy all of my future vehicles from this business!!!!!!!"
