"Caliber Collision in Bay St. Louis is probably one of the best Auto restoration businesses on the coast. I was in an accident on New Years Eve, and they started working on my vehicle that same week. The mechanic, David Fitzgerald, did an amazing job restoring my Rav 2022. My car feels Brand R New. The customer service staff was amazing as well. They kept me up-to-date on the process, and did not hesitate to answer any questions or concerns. Overall this experience has been a 5 star, and I would highly recommend Caliber Collision in Bay St. Louis any day of the week."

"Within 3 days of an accident, the damage on my vehicle was assessed with an estimate and in the shop (the only delay being on my end to secure a rental car). Staff is professional and friendly, the repair job is flawless and my van was returned to me in better shape than I left it (washed and vacuumed!). Unfortunately, I've needed auto body work done twice in the past few years. Both times this shop has done a superior job. Highly recommend!"

"Just picked up my 2021 Grand Cherokee today at the Bay St Louis location from an incident in the back passenger door with a deer about a week and half ago…. Yes… Only a week and half… From claim to drop off to pick up… The work was quick and seamless it couldn’t have gone any better… My Jeep came back to me looking showroom new as it did before the incident. I couldn’t be happier. The service was excellent, professional and friendly. From the front desk to the shop techs everyone was excellent. It shows in the work even if you don’t get a chance to speak with them all. I really appreciated the text notifications as well it came in handy and kept me from having to make a call throughout the repair time to check on the progress of my repairs as each notification took me through each step of the process with an expected finish time and date, which by the way was completed several hours earlier than anticipated which worked out great for me. I have used this company once before a couple years ago for post hurricane repairs on another vehicle which that vehicle is still looking beautiful with a nice deep shine brand new looking today and it is a 12 year old vehicle. I will continue to use Caliber Collision for all my future repair needs… Currently thinking of purchasing a toy/hobby vehicle, a 1990 Bronco and it will need some paint as it still has the original on it and I will be setting up that job with Caliber as well.
