"Warran has been my mechanic for over a year now. My boss recommended them and I am so glad he did! They are professional, kind and trustworthy. I'm not going anywhere else."
"I Can not speak more highly of this company, their commitment to service is beyond compare. I came in last year with a water pump issue. The service was excellent and expedited with a reasonable price. A year later my truck would start. After troubleshooting it they suspected a timing belt issue that was replaced with the pump with out question they warranted all the parts and labor to get me up and running because honor their work anybody shop can fix a car but warren shows character in the process. They have a customer for life with me and I will be referring all my friends and family to them!"
"Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Had an unfortunate incident with def fluid contamination and these guys went above and beyond getting me back on the road. I’ve put 70k miles on the truck since the repair and have not had any issues! Awesome shop and amazing people!"
"They couldn’t completely remove the issue with my car but did a really good job within a short time. Also, the front lady was very helpful and supportive throughout the interaction."
"I brought my truck to Warrens around a year ago because my check engine light and tire pressure sensor light were on. Also i had about 120,000 miles on it and wanted any preventative maintenance done to keep it moving. I was told that they couldn't handle the problems which were causing the lights to be on and would have to take it to a dealership. Turns out it was a stuck coolant valve and a broken wire on the pressure sensor. I feel they could have ordered and installed these parts. On the maintenance they changed all fluids and spark plugs. When I got the truck back it wouldn't shift right into the higher gears and would sometimes get stuck in those gears. I brought it back to them and they kept it overnight to try and sort out the problem. I got it back and it pretty much did the same thing and I drove it working around the issue since it only happened in if I punched it on the interstate to pass someone which i don't do often. I finally bought a code reader to see what it said and found out it was having a gear error in 6th. Looked into how to fix this and the easy fix was low transmission fluid. This isn't something you can do in your driveway like an oil change so I took it to the dealership and found out it was 3 quarts low at the cost of $300. They were very nice but I won't be taking any vehicle back to them."
