"This has got to be the most unprofessional, disorganized, careless repair shop in the area. They kept our car for an entire month. They didn't call us during that time, we had to call them. At the beginning of the third week, we told them we'd give them one more week, to assess the vehicle, and get back to us. They waited towards the end of the third week to finally spend some time thoroughly looking it over. We call them, yet again, and the old man said he would need $100 upfront, before beginning the work. Then later, he said that he would need ALL of the money upfront. Huh? He had an attitude with my significant other more than once, as if they were the ones being inconvenienced. Absurd. The car sat there for literally 4 weeks. We'd drive by, and see it sitting in the exact same spot. He then charged us $35 for looking it over, a fee that I personally, do not think we should have paid, seeing as how he kept our car for so long, but my partner just wanted the nightmare to be over with. We paid the fee, so that he'd release our vehicle back to our possession. Had it towed to another shop in town, completely welcomed, weren't charged a dime upfront, and will have the work completed in only a few days. The older man, I'm guessing the owner, and "Ott" behind the name of the business? I'm not sure; but he seriously needs to retire, and Ott's should close their doors. I've never, in my 33 (almost 34) years of existence, experienced such a long wait time at an auto shop. I've never been told to pay the entire amount upfront. Insulting. 4 WEEKS! Needless to say, we will NEVER use Ott's again, or recommend them to anyone."

I brought my 2001 Mitsubishi Montero Sport in for a transmission service due to it slipping and falling out of gear and Ott's saved me from having to buy a whole new transmission.
