"I have been going to this Goodwill Outlet for almost a year now consistently. I can say that this location is poorly managed compared to the previous Goodwills that i have shopped at. As a shopper and customer, at this location, there have been numerous items taken from my cart, on the behalf of them not caring. Today, i was threatened by a lady and her husband in the store and felt very uncomfortable the rest of the time while i was there and yet the management does not seem to care about any issue one bit. I do not recommend a safe shopping experience here. Seriously, there are better thrifts out there."

"Worst thrift ever. Clothes dumped on tables with exactly NO organization. Men's, women's, childrens, Sumner, winter, no matter. ....all mixed up. Horrible! Go to the GW in Madison. Well organized and great staff."

"If you loveeee thrifting & have a few hours to spend digging, this is the place for you! I found a lot of Nike, Jcrew, polo & other brands. I had a great time! Found about 10 pieces for $10. $2 a pound , you can’t beat that! Some of the clothes have stains so use your judgment if u think certain things can be cleaned or not! My first time coming to the bins- outlet & I will definitely come back! The employees were very nice! Bring some gloves and a face mask & have a blast!"

"This was once one of my favorite places to shop, but in the past few months, I have started to go less and less. I do not like the direction that the store took or the new management. Change can be good, but I wish Goodwill higher ups would have left this particular location as it was. Now, I never can find anything, and due to poor management, there is no consistency in the staff anymore. Everyone that I had grown accustom to are gone now, and that makes a difference in the atmosphere and the shopping experience"
