"I wouldn't eat here. I'm not sure how they would pass a food safety inspection, assuming they even do that here. The dining room was dirty, the food tasted old, and the restrooms were both falling apart and lacked basic necessities like hot water & soap. No way for the guy cooking your fish to adequately wash his hands. I'm just hoping I don't get sick after eating here. I couldn't even finish my fish it was so bad."

"HORRIBLE SEVICE. PATHETIC EMPLOYEES. Can't rate the food because I NEVER GOT IT. Went to the Pearl location today to pick up lunch 45 minutes AFTER they opened. Ordered. Paid. Was told by the cashier to pull up & wait. I waited 15 minutes. Drove back around to the window & sat ANOTHER 15 minutes before the cashier would EVEN open the window. & she was standing RIGHT THERE. I demanded my money back. She told me I HAD to pull up AGAIN. Then a male manager/cook came out telling me they had JUST opened. By this time they had been open for over an hour. I REPEATEDLY asked for a refund until he FINALLY got my receipt & went & got me my money. NEVER IN LIFE WILL I EVER GO THERE AGAIN."

"This location is as alright. As a manager, I’d probably have it looking a bit more cleanly. The sauce dispenser didn’t work. The sweet tea was great. The helper at the counter was great. The food wasn’t bad. I got fish and fries. I would eat only if I had a hankering for captain Ds. Didn’t disappoint, didn’t impress. 6/10"

"This is the most disgusting unprofessional place ever. I ordered food that children and I began to ingest and what do we notice it is hair wrapped tightly around some of the fish.! Imagine how we feel to be have ingested so much of it. So then I go back to the store the employee proceeds to tell me her supervisor told her since I ordered online he can not do a refund. Then ask if I want more food? To risk eating hair again no. I will never go back here again and unless you won’t to eat hair you shouldn’t either"

"I come to this location often and never have issues. Everything almost taste as it should. Wait time is normally pretty good and the staff has never given me any issues. Mostly I come here for the number 1 which is the big fish sandwich combo."
