"If something is broken or not working, tell the customer out of curiosity. We order two blasts. We did a mobile order for it. Got there, said our name. At the 25 min mark we pressed the button and said our names again. Waited a total of 45 mins for the carhop to come out and say the machine is broken. Which we were told two different stories, the rude lady on the intercom said they were cleaning it (it was around 9:50ish when we came and they close at 12am). Carhop said it was broken. Also to add, it takes so long for them to even answer the button to say “welcome to sonic”. Like I’m taking 5-10 mins. Back to the sonic on Pearson we go. This sonic used to be the best sonic in Pearl and the guy that used to answer the intercom was so nice."
