"Honestly if you want your food on time just go to the one on State Street. EVERYTIME I order here it takes MINIMUM thirty minutes to get my food. It’s crazy. The food is good ofc, I mean it’s Wingstop. But the service is garbage."

"WARNING!!! The wait time will be SUPER long. And I mean longer than 45 minutes. The staff works hard but the food isn’t anywhere near worth the time. I waited over an hour and 45 minutes for my food. I wouldn’t recommend coming here to anyone. There are places in the area to get wings if need be."

"The girl that helped me was great. My order took a little long but it was right at lunch so it wasn’t that big of an issue. The manager on the other hand is DISGUSTING!! He repeatedly berated the employee that helped me for the 20 minutes I was there. He’s also excessively passive aggressive with his tone and aggressive getting in her face for no reason. She did eventually yell back but with him being a so called leader that was uncalled for. Definitely shouldn’t be in that position. His name is Josh."

"This isn't wing stop been to plenty of locations around the world and pretty much gotten what I asked for. Came in the front desk young lady was rude. Tried hard for me not to order a meal given this impossible wait time. Then proceeded to order. 10 piece meal original hot. Got the order should have checked it before I left. 10 piece was raw, and the fries where over cooked tried to call and they didn't answer the phone. I tried to call the order in as well they didn't answer the phone. Not sure what it is about not answering the phone but dang. Not sure what management or ownership is doing but obviously they don't care. Never will visit here again."

"This is the only WINGSTOP I’ve been to in my life, but I’ll say it’s one of the worst you’ll ever walk-in to! Nasty and disorganized. The staff seems polite but the whole atmosphere makes you never want to dine-in because the place just feels funky. For my second time going here the food was worse than before. Hopefully there will be renovations on how to make the place look more appealing to the eye and more hygienic."
