"Went through the drive thru and didn't get corn chips for my taco salad or french fries with one of my kids meals. I glanced in the bag and saw 3 things so i thought it would all just be there. I'm too far away to come back now. Disappointed. Food was good though"

"I hate to be up sold to large without my permission and then be told the receipt does not work 02/09/24 and the service is still bad! What in the world! So I asked for a small seasoned potatoes, a small coffee and biscuit/gravy I paid 5.05 at other locations but today she said 5.93 and she says I gave you a 2for 3 it’s cheaper that way. It is my fault for even stopping at this one but no worries I will never stop at this location again and the coffee is cold"

"This is a very very nice location. I love the seating area with comfortable chairs. The young lady who took my order never spoke and wasn’t very friendly. I was there around 10am, 11/11 for Veterans Day. I ordered the Bacon croissant meal as I rarely visit fast food restaurants. But it looked tasty! After ordering I walked away from counter. I waited about 5 minutes or longer for order although I was the only one who placed an order inside. The young lady who took my order did ask if I needed jelly. She also made a remark to another employee that the customers in drive through had been very rude; jerking bag from hand etc. Maybe this is why she behaved in unfriendly way towards me but another customers behavior has absolutely nothing to do with me! I didn’t feel welcomed nor was it a very pleasant experience. Those who own these facilities are unaware of how important customer service truly is when it comes to whether or not we return. The building is exceptional but the service sucks!"

"Probably the best run Wendy's I've been to. Always polite and courteous. I stop here at least once week for breakfast or lunch. My orders are always fresh and the staff does their best to keep you moving on with your day."

"This was my second trip, had same experience... no one came to rake our order for 6-7 minutes, store was not busy at all , food was made , we were never called, they just left on counter without notifying us, food & fries was cold, there were 4-6 staff working, one of the staff, s child was there occupying one whole section as one team member was baby sitting that child, as I said earlier this is 2nd time I saw a child being any sit, no wonder no one likes to eat inside, and you have no business, serious attention and corrections are needed to put this store back on track, I am concerned & worried about you thats why i am bringing this to your attention.
