"I've eaten food from here many times. Honestly, this is first time things were BAD. I paid $11.00 for what I believe was a used salad. The packaged sprinkles and add-ons were opened and spreades on the salad. Never saw this before. I believe I purchased a used salad. Now I worried, my wife tasted someone else nasty dinner. Lettuce was limped...and the windows servers were anything but friendly. I won't spend any more money here. It's a shame. I only buy Zaxby's salads in HWY 49 in Richland...and at this location. Now, as mentioned, I won't spend anymore money here. I'm sorry."

"My experience here today was disappointing. After placing a mobile order for traditional wings n things, and traditional wings meal, I went through the drive through to pick up around 2:49 PM. When I arrived home to eat with my 6 yo daughter we noticed that the fries were not only old but burnt. We decided to return to the store for a replacement meal. However, it wasn’t that easy. The manager was rude and dismissive about my request. She was so preoccupied that she would not even stop what she was doing to listen and even walked away as I was speaking about the quality of food I received. The Assistant manager was a little better. She called the GM who after a bit of discussion reluctantly agreed to replace my two meals. This whole ordeal took an extra hour out of my day when it could have been took less than 15 minutes. It’s now 4:33 PM and we just finished our meal."

"Food was okay. Service was good but I did expect a little better on the food. Ordered a fried chicken salad. Chicken was way too salty, nice crunch though. And the salad was limp and half brown. Really disappointed. Hadn't had Zaxbys in a while, just thought it would be a little better. Service was good though. Employees were pleasant."

"When I pulled to the window the young lady stuck her hand out to tell us to stop.. I’m assuming to protect the time. After five minutes we were signaled to pull forward… We were not greeted at all… they just handed us the food and closed the window.. Ok whatever… when I got the food my fries were stale and cold. I got wings and things. My wings had little to no sauce on them they were not hot either… my chicken strips were also stale and cold… Everything was horrible. I was not satisfied AT ALL… 2/10 the only reason I didn’t say 1/10 is because my bread was just ok. Please do better."

"This is my first time trying Zaxby's, and the food did not disappoint! I now understand what all the hype was about. I ordered the 5 piece sweet and spur wings, and it was delicious."
