"My family and I placed a mobile pick up order an hour before y'all closed just to be told that y’all only had biscuits and fries when we pulled up to get it. At 9? You should have just closed the store down. At least call the customer and let them know to cancel the order or even cancel it for them. Please do better."
"This was a disappointing visit because we love Popeye's. There 4-5 people working inside but it took several minutes to have our order taken because one of the employees was on his cell phone when we came in so the counter woman was packing food in the back. The chicken sandwich was good but the chicken nuggets were lukewarm. I asked if I could get the nuggets solo, no meal but was told no. It took about 8-10 minutes to get our food."
"Quick service...friendly employee. However. I’ve had the chicken nuggets several times in Alabama and they were much bigger. These were skimpy, and didn’t have much breading. Something wasn’t right."
