"WOW!!! Five Point Diesel is on point. We had a transmission explode while pulling a loaded 53 foot trailer 50 miles south of McComb Mississippi. We were in a bad spot. After contacting several repair facilities it was obvious to me who would be making the repairs. Rick was their wrecker driver that towed the truck and trailer loaded wit three vehicles back to the shop. He was courteous and professional showed up 10 minutes earlier than he said he’d be there. I met with Warren the owner the next morning to get a game plan. Hard parts are extremely hard to procure now days due to the pandemic and the parts we needed weren’t available at that time. Fortunately for me I had a fairly recently rebuilt 68rfe transmission in another truck of mine in the Elkhart Indiana area. I asked Warren if I made a hot shot run to pick it up would he be willing to install it. His reply was are you not back yet lol. There was other parts torn up that he/we were able to secure in his geographical area. Folks I’m here to tell you I’ve had good and bad experiences with repair shops in the past but have never experienced this type service anywhere. If I could rate them 15 on a scale of 1 to 10- I wouldn’t hesitate. My hats off to Warren and his entire staff for being such a bright beacon of light in todays dark business world.
