"I went there on Friday to get my oil changed the guy who was working on my car broke the plug from under my car but it was replaced. They gave me a quote of $52 dollars over the phone but in the store the price went up, I ignored the price change and I also had to pay for the plug. I didn't mind but after getting my car home I left it parked that day. The next day, I got into the car to proceed to Walmart and I heard a noise after a little bit into the drive I also could smell a burning smell, all to find out they didn't put the oil in my car. I'M going Tomorrow or Monday to show her the videos and recipes as proof that they didn't put my oil in my car I had to purchase oil from Walmart..."
"I called over the phone she gave me one price, but once I had been serviced she gave me another! She tried to charge me $10 to rotate ONE tire when over the phone she said $5, once I corrected her she quickly changed the price to $5 less. She then charged my card and extra dollar from the original receipt. I guess business was SLOW she figured she’d over charge consumers. I’ll NEVER COME here AGAIN. She has no customer service at all! Maybe because I’m African American who knows! I do know i won’t be spending my money here again! And I only rated one start because they don’t have the 0 option!"
