"First it took forever to finish with my car, when i finally got it back it was making noises so i told him he said it had been fixed. definitely not cause when i left it was making the same noise so i took it back. they finally got the part to fixed after so total it took 3 weeks to have it fixed after my car was there for like 2/3 months already. Also my lugs were very loose and old looking after, like they used some lugs."

"Update: They took the van back in the shop this past week for just 3 days and fixed everything. The van looks good as new. I was really upset when I got it back the last time and it wasn’t right and my review was probably too harsh but I can say now that they made good on their promise to fix it and they went out of their way to make sure I was pleased. You have to respect a shop that will fix what they didn’t do right. Everyone deserves a second chance and they certainly made me a happy customer the second time around. So, I’m changing my review from 1-4 stars. Porters is a respectable body shop that puts pride in their work and I would recommend them. Original review: It took them nearly two weeks to fix the front end damage to my van following my accident with a deer crossing in front of me. When I get the van back, the paint job is the wrong color, there is still damage to one of the corners on the front end and the paint is not smoothed out and looks like a totally different texture than the rest of the van. They say they’ll fix it which means I now have to put my van back in the shop meanwhile my rental is costing me a fortune, and yet I wasn’t going to post a review but they kept sending me texts to do one, so here ya go Porter’s. My family has been working with you for years but I have to say I’m not impressed. Time will tell if you get the job done right. To be continued..."
