Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"Had more service at other Valvoline places, here no transmission oil check, wiper fluid, unsure if coolant was checked, overfilled my tires. They evidently don’t have the new siphon equipment which makes me feel better after an oil change as I don’t have to worry about leaks or if the plug may fall out. Service techs pleasant."

"Went and had my oil changed there about a month and a half before this review. My truck always leaked oil but very little so when my oil pressure kept getting low I figured it I just needed to add oil. But then my trucks oil pressure would bottom out and alarms would go off. So my first assumption was my oil pump has gone out . Then today I crawl under my truck only to find oil splattered all under my truck with the culprit being an oil filter that was so loose I could take it off by hand even being covered with oil. Mistakes happen I know but this could have cost me big."
