"First time going there and had the pig ear slider one was hot the other was mild. The hot is hot like very hot , but the mild was better but they both were delicious. Also had the tamales and they were good as well. I will most definitely be back."

When you walk in you just smell the sausage and pig ears in the air. The sizzling on the griddle of bologna and the sounds of the turners hitting the griddle top. The food was simple and awesome, nothing fancy here just a great place to grab new favorite pig ear sandwich. From the food to the history of who could have sat in those chairs and along that lunch counter this place is a must visit!"
