"If I could give 0 for everything I would. Everytime I go there they take forever. I ordered ice one time it took them 40 min to bring it out then tried to compensate me by giving me a larger cup. I placed a order from Baton Rouge on accident. Tried calling but their line is ALWAYS busy and they NEVER answer. They need to do better for real"

"If I could give zero stars I would... This is by far the WORST Sonic I've been to. I used to love Sonic but after today I don't think I'll be going back to any Sonic. Me and my kids wanted to get lunch and unfortunately we chose this Sonic. I ordered three different orders but they only gave me two of them. Three orders wasn't on the receipt only two were so obviously the worker on the intercom didn't listen to me. I had to order again and the worker who handed out my food told me that she can take my card in the store and place the order for me. Okay cool I didn't see a problem with it. The problem I had was five minutes had passed by and I saw her bringing food to another car without bringing my card back. I asked her nicely if I could get my card back and she told me she'll be right there with my card. She finally brought my card back after ten minutes with my last order. I opened my burger and a hair was sitting on top of my cheese. I asked for a refund and they again took a long time giving me the receipt that shows they issued a refund. I will never go back here again. Very unprofessional and unsanitary"

"i went to this location and ordered ONE pretzel twist and a medium mozzarella stick. she took our order, and almost 30 minutes passed and no one came out to get our money or bring our food yet people in the drive thru were being served left and right and people who arrived after we did were already being handed out food, like they literally forgot about us. we ended up having to leave to go to another location because the wait was just ridiculous. horrible service and would not recommend."

"This location is the absolute worst location ever. No matter what and when this place take 30 minutes for food. It’s soooooooo aggravating. Just found out 1 guy is working alone. He was nice. But no one should be working alone. Do better sonic"

"ordered online, when I got there it said Alexis was on her way with my order, 10 mins later she came missing a drink. she said they were out of blue slush. I also had a coke and a Coke Zero and asked which was which and she said the one that was darker was the Coke Zero. I know this is totally not true and when I told her so she said just taste them. when I asked for a refund for the blue raspberry slush, she said they could not refund one drink so I asked for them all to be refunded. She then returned with a ticket saying they had been refunded but refused to let me have the ticket. This is not the 1st time we have had problems with this Sonic, lots of the slots are broken and they always take forever bring food or drinks."
