"If I could give 0 stars I would. Very very rude employees. I have been fighting with them for over a month and a half now, can’t get anyone to return my calls, I’ve went thru corporate and everything else but no one wants to reply. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES OF DAMAGE BEFORE LEAVING THE NATCHEZ LOT. I took pictures and tried showing the woman the pictures I took when returning the car she quoted my pictures did NOT matter and now they are trying to stick me with a bill for damage that was already on the vehicle when I got it."
"They did have a minimal selection due to it being close to the weekend but it was a decent one. I’m not sure how they provide gas but it was very low when I received it. The car also needed a deep shampooing. It wasn’t so clean on the inside and the outside could’ve been washed better. It was close to closing time so I didn’t have time to complain. The customer service was great overall. I just think they could bring about a better presentation for their customers."
"Everyone at Enterprise Rent-A-Car was excellent, one month ago my car was burned up, I was list for words, couldn't think straight, a couple of hours later, Enterprise called me and told me that my rental car was ready to be picked up, I didn't have to call them, they called me, service was excellent, very nice team to work with. "This Enterprise in Natchez is wonderful!! Keary was my service representative and he was amazing!! My 88 yr old mom and myself just got to town for my daughter’s wedding and my alternator went out, Keary got me right in a vehicle and saved the day!!! When I returned the vehicle Christianna was so pleasant she checked me out quickly and drove me to Gene’s tires! Such a wonderful group of people in that office"
