"Absolutely terrible. Biscuits were not cooked the sausage was cooked on one side only and the hash browns were greasy and mushy. As one of the first customers of the day and obviously not a busy time I have to wonder what’s going on in the building if they are clearly not taking the time to even cook the food all the way."
"Before I placed my order I had to use the restroom. Well, it was disgusting in there. When I asked the staff if they could clean the restroom and mop up the puddle of urine and water in the handicapped stall, they said the head manager would fuss at them every time they tried to tidy up the restroom. They finally did it after the back and forth about 10 minutes. There were a lot of small kids who needed to use the restroom too. The dining area was just as bad. Cleanliness should always be a priority in a public restaurant especially with all the viruses floating around. I was hesitant to even order any food. The staff I dealt with was very apologetic and took care of the issue. The food was okay, could've been hotter."
