"Today was my 2nd time visiting this store and I made a purchase both times. The first time I went was Black Friday around 12:30pm. The store wasn’t crowded but I had to find someone to assist me because the young lady near me was so engrossed in conversation with another customer and basically ignored me. And that customer didn’t make a purchase. I did find a nice gentleman who assisted me and the ladies at cash register were very friendly.. Today Mikayle greeted me as soon as I walked in store and said if I needed help to let her know. She did help me and I appreciated it so much. She is definitely an asset to company unlike the female during first visit. The ladies at cash register were Charlene and Kristi. I had met both during first visit and they were very friendly then and the same today. One thing I love is good customer service and that’s basically what you get in this store with that one exception. I honestly don’t shop a lot but plan to go back because of the experience. I also got great deals on jackets etc. I highly recommended shopping at this store if in the area."

"Zero stars. Abysmal return policy. Returned jacket January 15. February 9 still waiting for my $84 refund. After 5 very frustrating calls with customer service, still don't have my money 25 days later. Will never shop here again."

The item I purchased was intended as a Christmas present and ordered several days in advance. It arrived after Christmas and I was promised a return label. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company."
