"The young lady with the red braids saved this review. I was ready to come and leave a one star review for the poor customer service i received from the other "cashier"... she totally ignored me-- from the time i entered the door. She knew I was in line(albeit at the wrong register) I even waited patiently for her to help another customer on the floor and she brought that customer to the "right" register ahead of me without acknowledging me at all. I had to ask her was I supposed to be over there and she replied with a short "yes" no apology or acknowledgment of my being there first or anything. ANYWHO, the other young lady walked up and asked if anyone was only using debit. And provided EXCELLENT service she had an awesome personality and helpful service."

"Horrible customer service. The white girl with glasses didn’t speak when I walked in. Then she just seemed so irritated. She was rude on the phone telling someone she was new there at that location so she didn’t know anything. Then I got shoe on sale but in the wrong box. So she didnt sell it to me because the box was missing. Very rude and unprofessional. If you have problems at home, don’t bring them to work. Never going in there again."
