"I bought matching pjs for my son and me at mistletoe. They are so cute but I wasn’t able to try them on so I got a size medium( which I always wear). When I tried them on the top was too small. I had my receipt and the clothing was in perfect condition( with tags attached), so I thought I’d be allowed to make an exchange for a size that fit. I wasn’t allowed to do that because the 7 day return window had passed. I haven’t had the chance to exchange it because I live a hour and a half away. I spent almost $200 there ,and I planned to return to the store when in town. I don’t believe I’ll be shopping here anymore though. I’ve never written a bad review before ,but I believe I wasn’t treated fairly. In this case, the store wouldn’t have lost any money if they allowed me to exchange. They probably would have made more money in the long run because I would have returned for future purchases. I do want to add that the employee that answered my questions was very sweet and helpful. It’s the policies I don’t think are fair."
