"I waited at least 30 minutes before walking in to find out where my pizza was, the manager walked around and checked everywhere. Then he said, it was still in the oven and be only a minute, more. Ten more minutes and he walks to a box that had been sitting there the whole time and hands off a cold pizza. No sorry, no discount, no extra anything and no offer to replace it."
"Just order a extra most bestest sausage pizza and this what I got a cold pizza with hardly any cheese and no sauce at all and barely any sausage man whats wrong yall fools I see pizza hut and little caesars just hire anybody to work for them and sure in the hell be messing up people food Biloxi restaurants need a thorough investigation because all these restaurants on the coast is garbage!!!"
"The food was not fresh the pizza looked like it had been sitting in the warmer for about 3 to four hours so no I would not recommend this place."
"This location is the best Little Ceasars I've ever been to. All the pizzas were fresh out of the oven. The staff were very friendly and the prices were decent! 10/10! Will recommend!"
"Yesterday afternoon I ordered 3 pizzas for my family using the Little Caesars app and it wasn't until I entered the drive thru of the Pops Ferry location and asked for my order did I realize I had accidentally ordered from your location on Pass Rd. I drove there to pick up my order. I had never been to this location myself so I was unaware that this location has a speaker box that I was expected to stop at. Honestly I didn't even see it. After having a long day at work, a grumpy 3 year old in tow, and having to drive 30 miles round trip out of my way to retrieve my order I just missed it somehow. I own that and it was definitely not intentional. I sat at the window for about 5 minutes with multiple employees seeing me and not acknowledging me through the very clear sliding window. Still I was patient yet confused. It wasn't until one of those employees opened the window with 1 pizza in hand and told me the total the 1 pizza he had in hand that I explained that wasn't my order and I had placed mine on the app. I was then told I should have stopped at the speaker but since I didn't I would have to either come in the store or drive back around to the speaker to ask for my order. I then explained I did not know they had a speaker box that I was suppose to stop at (because the other location I frequent doesn't have a box, you just drive straight up to the window) and could he please just let me get my pizzas now. He said no he had the order of the person behind me and he would have to go get my order. And again stated that I should have stopped at the speaker and I could either drive around or come in. Keep in mind I waited for around 5 minutes being ignored before he came to the window. I asked why didn't anyone just come to the window and let me know I needed to stop at the speaker. He then told me that no one could see me there. When at least 5-6 employees did look at me and saw me there. We looked at each other through the clear sliding window. At this point a truck had blocked the drive through getting ice I then asked two more times to please let me get my order since I was stuck in the drive thru. It was only then did he relent and turn directly to his left and retrieved the pizzas that were right beside him. The ones he said he would have to go get for me. Acting as if he would have to trek a mile up hill to get them when in reality the pizzas were right beside him the whole time. Not only did he hold me up holding my pizzas just to be spiteful and prove some kind of point. He held up the car behind me as well. I understand that I mistakenly didn't stop where I should have but it wasn't on purpose or malicious. I am human and it was accident. And I have never had a food service employee treat me this way. Surely informing me of the policy and what to do next time would have sufficed. I couldn't cancel my order or not get it because my 3 year old loves their pizza and it was his reward for being good at preschool. He would have cried the whole way home and then some. I just don't understand why this employee made it his mission to teach me a lesson or whatever his agenda was. I did remain calm and respectful throughout this entire interaction. I just don't understand why he had to be so mean. We don't know what other people are going through when we interact during a transaction but being kind and having a little patience goes a long away. I have tried multiple times to submit feedback online detailing my experience. Unfortunately, every time I go to submit it. It says oh, something went wrong, try again later. It's almost as if they have turned off the only way to file a complaint."
