"Literally the worst tire shop in MS!! We had our infant in the car and had a BLOWOUT THE SAME EXACT DAY we purchased our tires!!! They knew their tires were trash!! After saying we didn’t want a warranty, they got mad and gave us a trash tire!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A DIFFERENT TIRE SHOP!!!!"
"Their shop sold me bad tires, then the wrong 1's... I ordered new ones from the tire store because they didn't have replacement for the warranty... I returned the used tires... the manager said he would give 180 in credit towards future work....so I agreed... went back a couple months later and the manager refused to honor our agreement... when I told him he was recorded, he ran out the shop and into his car and left .... thankfully a decent hearted employee just fixed my wheel with no charge in honor of a agreement I didn't even make with him... Now that is some cowardly, low level , dishonorable actions... He originally presented himself as the owner?? I hope not because he has a piss poor sense of value.. I'm contemplating legal options . they owe me 2 tires plus install price because they couldn't honor their own warranty..."
"I Called about having a set of tires mounted and balanced. After being asked the tire size, I was quoted $60 + tax. When I arrived that afternoon, I was told it would be $200. After explaining that we spoke on the phone this morning, he quickly told me that the $60 was because he thought I had smaller tires. He then said he could do it for $100+ tax. When the job was done and tires were already on my truck, I was then handed a bill for $140. Taxes, labor, and valve stems were the justification for the additional $40. I was under the impression the the valve stems were included in the $100. Before I left, I approached another employee and asked them to speak to whoever is answering the phones and told him that I was quoted $60 originally. His only response was a chuckle and that I got a steal by only having to pay $140 and that it should have been much more. To add some more context, these were not obnoxiously large tires. They were standard 33” all terrain tires on 18” rims. All in all, I am more than willing to pay a man for a job, but I do not appreciate operating in bad faith and deceiving customers to get them in the door."
