I have personally worked in the dental field for almost 20 years, and I have worked as a dental office manager at three different offices, so I know when a dental office is a great one, and this is a GREAT one. When I had a severe toothache, they were able to see me as a new patient on the same day, AND I was able to leave with the permanent crown that very day with no need to come back. I have a very busy work schedule, so the fact that they were able to accommodate all of that was invaluable. And the work was impeccable. I just went back for my first cleaning at this office and had another great experience. I couldn’t be happier with this office. I am sending my whole family to them. "I went in for a cleaning. They said I needed a special gum cleaning procedure which I had never had but was not covered by insurance. I agreed to pay for it and it was nothing more than a regular cleaning. Additionally, I was told I also need this $25 bottle of mouth wash. I paid $116 for a teeth and gum cleaning that I’ve gotten as part of a normal cleaning anywhere else. They then tried to sell me fluoride treatments and teeth sealants. I feel as though the whole thing was a sales pitch the whole time. I left feeling like I got hustled. I’ll go back for a free cleaning from my insurance but I’ll be looking elsewhere after this. I feel like my trust was abused and it was like a mechanic shop with the hustle on things you don’t know about. Would not recommend."
